Very unhappy with the entire service, they don't even have professional decency to respond to important emails from tenants.

Excellent results at finding tenants and achieving a good rental price. Not so good thereafter on keeping us updated with the progress of reference checks and the deposit and initial rental payments. Overall, however, I was pleased with the service and would use them again.
