GoogleAdam and Elaine at Bairstow Eves have been excellent in renting out our BTL. We had a tenant in the property 12 years and the property needed quite a bit of work to get it back to a good state. They efficiently marketed the flat and had electrical, painting, gardening & cleaning done. All within 3 weeks of the prior tenant leaving. Very happy with the work done and finding us good professional couple to rent our flat.

GoogleAs a newcomer to London, the search for a flat has been an exercise in patience and quite often very disappointing until I happened upon Adam and Elaine who with their combined efforts help make this transition into my very own space in a city that I have always wanted to live in very easy. GoogleI would highly recommend using Bairstow Eves to let your property. Both Adam and Elaine know their business inside out and seem to make everything run like clockwork. They are both very personable and easy to deal with as well as being very hardworking. They had tenants for us in no time at all. As I say, I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI had a great experience with Bairstow Eves Wanstead in particular because of Adam and Stephen who have been so helpful in my flat purchase in South Woodford. Very communicative , helpful and supportive from the very first viewings right through to helping me additionally with a slow solicitor and exchanging and completing.
