GoogleI was lucky to get Stephen ,Branch Manager at Wanstead E11 to help me sell my property. He has good communication skills as well as local knowledge of the property sector .Stephen also has the connections and found my buyer within the week! He took his time to listen and was always helpful whenever a issue occurred. I knew I could totally rely on him which made the whole process far easier and less stressful. GoogleI have had a great experience purchasing a property with support from Bairstow Eves. In looking for a property Itayi really took time to understand what I was after, took care in helping me find the right property and was extremely helpful and supportive in helping me get the answers I was after on the property before I made an offer. Stephen then provided invaluable advice and support throughout the sale process. He helped resolve some of the issues and queries that came up and I cannot imagine how the whole thing would have gone without his ongoing support. Buying a property is a complicated and at times stressful process and I feel very lucky to have worked with an estate agent who showed such care and who supported me so much throughout. They have been great from to start to finish, always there to help, nothing too much trouble, always reliable and fully informed and in control of things. GoogleAdam and Elaine have been very quick to find me a tenant after a previous agent had promised to find me a tenant and had the flat in a popular area for almost a month. Adam and Elaine found a suitable tenant in a few days and dealt with all essentials that needed to be done and moved in, in a record breaking week! Cannot recommend them enough for their efficiency, guidance and professionalism. Very happy with the service. Look forward to a long relationship with them.

GoogleCan’t thank all at the Wanstead branch enough for all their help in securing our beautiful property to let! They literally bent over backwards for us! Nothing was too much - Thank you so much, strongly recommend using Bairstow Eves they are amazing! We dealt mainly with Elaine and Adam and we really couldn’t fault them at all! They really did pull out all the stops for our situation to ensure we got the property of our dreams!!!

GoogleAs a former tenant I can say: That despite my previous rant - the agents have been helpful, and in general good at keeping my rent level and I had three years of minimal rent increase. The company has however failed to return my deposit on time. They have missed emails and chases were responded to late. There was no communication from the offset, quite disappointed by that.

GoogleWe have had a flat rented through Bairstow Eves for the last 2 years. At every stage the team in the Wanstead branch have been first class and friendly, backed up by the property management team who oversee issues such as property checks, arranging gas safety certificates and check out at the end of tenancy. The knowledge of the area and of the rental market of Bairstow Eves team is excellent ; importantly the tenant was also well served and advised by this agency too. Highly recommend them to prospective private landlords.

GoogleI must say, as soon as I contacted Bairstow Eves, I was very impressed by the helpfulness and effiency of the staff. I was greeted by Adam, who made me feel very at ease due to making me feel welcome and confident that Bairstow was the correct Letting Agent to use. Adam has since been very helpful and has made the experience of Letting my first property virtually stress free due to his expertise and knowledge in the letting market. He is a very likable chap who I will be definitely be using to mange the lettings of my future property.

GoogleOne member of staff (Adam) lets down the whole team. Instructed them to let out a property last year. They did not find me a tenant so decided to give another agent a go. They contacted me when they saw the other agent marketing asking if they are also given a chance. Explained that I had an arrangement with another agent for a week and I would get back to then when that week was up. I didn't like how they kept questioning my decision as it's my prerogative what agent I instruct but let it go. A couple of days later I noticed that they had simply gone ahead with marketing the property anyway using photos they had taken from a previous instruction. I couldn't believe it. As a Landlord you want a "pushy" agent to get the deal done but these guys are intrusive and cocksure. If they had waited a few more days I may have actually gone ahead and agreed to instruct them but that kind of underhandedness just doesn't sit right with me. Even if it does cost me a few weeks rent.

Particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency they handled our sales proceedings when we approached Bairstow Eves , Wanstead about 4 weeks ago after having no success for nearly 5 months with another Estate agent.Hats off to the team headed by Danny Duarte and hope they will set example for others to follow. GoogleAt first I thought what a great team.. I found a property and made contact on a Thursday.. said I wanted to arrange viewing but was toldtold to staff holiday it wasn't possible until the following week. They advise I call the next day and make an arrangement. I tried both friday and saturday too leaving voicemails and messages with sales team. No responses back.. I call Monday morning to be told the flat was gone.. waste of time and I hope this review makes people think twice before calling this particular branch. Be grateful I can't put 0 stars! No point in emailing sir. Your sales team made it perfectly clear my custom wasn't wanted. Next time I'll use an English name and see if it makes a difference. Cos the phone manner was shocking soon as I said patel.

GoogleWe recently let our house through Bairstow Eves Letting Agents in Wanstead and were very happy with the service we received. As we are based abroad we relied on Elaine and Adam to help us to get our property ready for the rental market; they were very helpful and quick to respond to us via email or on the phone.
