GoogleThey are a liars that will do anything to rent a house. They said they will fix the leaking wall, they will repair the tiles, they will get us a new mattress (guess what? We are sleeping on the floor since we move here.....)and another set of keys will be handed to us on Monday. Basically none of this was done and when you tell them they couldn't care the less. "It's the landlord problem, talk to him." I will definitely won't come back here EVER!

GoogleElaine and the team in Wanstead were helpful and responsive with the process of preparing and signing the tenancy agreement. Existing damage was quickly identified and plans have been made for repair. We moved in a couple of weeks ago and have been happy with our experience with Bairstow Eves so far.

The team were super responsive and supportive throughout the entire renting process. This allowed us to move in really fast and Adam ensured we had a smooth moving in day and that we had everything we needed.
