GoogleI whole heartedly recommend you stay away from this agent. It will be be a full time job managing their mistakes and you will get no communication or action from them. At the end of renting a property you will find they don’t provide the proof of deposit and in effect you can’t get your money back as a landlord. So even after finishing contract with them you will be clearing up all kinds of legal messes and find they have done nothing and taken your money. The most frustrating thing ever in your life.

Elaine is such a warm, friendly and approachable person who made it very easy to go to when we had problems that needed sorting. All small issues in the flat were dealt with quickly, and she was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for making moving in and out a breeze! :)
