GoogleLovely experience for potential tenants. Elaine is very professional and friendly and makes a lot of the stress of flat hunting disappear. After our offer was accepted, their system made it very easy to set up council tax, water, energy and wifi.

The way how everything was managed from behalf of the Bairstow Eves tanks to Elaine was so professional and well managed. GoogleThere is a lot to be said about first impressions and my first impression was how welcoming they were. Elaine particularly, made you feel at ease and you felt comfortable. Some estate agents, you feel as though they are profiling you and you dont get a good vibe from them. But Bairstow Eves Wantead were/are fantastic, the whole team. I would recommend them 100%. Cant beat the classics.

GoogleI can’t recommend this agent more highly. I deliberated whether to opt for the online package or full service whereby the estate agents fully support the sale of the property. Kieran Thomas was the agent allocated to my sale and his professional and honest approach influenced my decision to opt for handing over full command to him and trusting that he would deliver his optimistic pitch and sell my home swiftly! I was not disappointed. He worked extremely hard, was efficient, reliable and most impressively ensured that he communicated with me every step of the way, which for me was so helpful and assuring . GoogleWe're really pleased with this estate agent. We had approached others who did not think we could get the price we wanted for our property but Danny Duarte was confident from the outset. He was realistic and honest in his approach which was reassuring for us. It did not take long before we had an offer and Danny was really good at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. He did lots of liaising with the buyer and his solicitor and resolved issues that were causing delay to ensure we were able to complete on the date we wanted. We would definitely recommend Bairstow Eve's and Danny Duarte in particular to anyone looking to sell their property!

Everything was dealt with professionally, efficiently and quickly, and whenever we had any questions Elaine was always on hand to answer them the same day! GoogleBairstow eves Wanstead had a great collection of properties to rent in the South Woodford areas and we did quite a few viewings with them. The estate agents Elaine and Adam were polite and professional and helped us find a lovely flat. They were quick with their responses and helped to coordinate a seamless check in process into the new house. Would definitely recommend them👍
