August 2026 UPDATE Bairstow Eves has been a truly “one stop shop” for us. We used them as letting agents and now we have used their excellent services to also sell the property. We would like to thank Dace for finding buyers and for continuously following up on the buying process. Also a big thank you to Elaine and Adam for managing the property up to the sale point and for all their excellent advice. We thoroughly recommend this office in Wanstead. We would like to share our excellent experience and recommend Bairstow Eves, Wanstead branch. We have been managing our property ourselves but decided we need professional letting services. We have done our local research and we are very happy with our choice of Bairstow Eves. Elaine, Adam and Thomas took an excellent care of us. New tenants are in and all the paperwork is done. We especially appreciated Elaine's direct and fast communication style. She was strict with us too regarding all the landlord compliance. If you are struggling as a landlord in the Wanstead area, go with local Bairstow Eves.

Housing is always a stressful experience, and yet Bairstowe Eves Wanstead made moving a seamless experience. Elaine showed nothing but care, attentiveness, and investment from the initial showing down through to the signing of final paperwork. Not only was I able to get in early for a viewing of a newly listed place, but I was given constant clear communication of where my approvals were in the process. At one point, I had an unanticipated complication that both Elaine and Adam put in an exponential amount of their own time to help solve. It feels unique to find both an individual such as Elaine and letting agency being that of Bairstowe Eves Wanstead, in which so clearly is ready to assist and soothe what is usually quite a complicated process. I more than highly recommend working with Bairstowe Eves Wanstead.

Not professional or reliable, I advertised my property to sell through them. They didnt bring a single person to view. Later i realised short staffed in this branch and they dont anseer calls. I tried several times. How can one sell a property when they dont pick up the phone. Suddenly without consulting me they booked one viewing a week day infact for the appointment following day they have sent an email previous day. When I asked them to remove the property after 4 months Sadie said i have to give 1 month notice to remove when i did stiill she didnt remove, so I couldnt advertise through another agrnt. Then i had to chase them to remove from rightmove then after 2 weeks she removed. Not satisfied at all. I wont recommend.
