GoogleAs an expat, Alia and Atlas Letting really made the process, which at first seemed dauting, quite easy. Her correspondence was prompt and she was always very patient with our questions and walking us through the process. I highly recommend!

GoogleHaving stayed in one of Atlas's properties for 2 years I find the multitude of 5 star reviews (mostly received over the last 3 days) a little hard to believe. Don't let this fool you, everything me and my housemates experienced during our stay was in stark contradiction with the "facts" stated in these reviews. Their accountant was incapable of performing basic maths or using a calendar. We were incorrectly informed on dates, received slow and often incompetent service and had to fight to retain our deposit (after being coerced into using their own extortionately priced cleaning service). I would strongly recommend finding another estate agent to conduct your tenancy with.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! our agent 'nikos' ignores all form of contact and any issues that arose during our tenancy were 'domestic problems to be resolved by tenants' Does not abide by the HMO Laws . prices are absurd and unjustified. when we found our room it was listed as a double room suitable for a couple and the photo shown wasn't even the room for sale and the room barely fits our bed in. 8 tenants in one flat sharing one bathroom is retarded. 100% DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleOh dear, what a shower! On top of imposing noisy and slow builders who are long over the promised deadline, they have unilaterally changed the street facing windows totally out of character with the rest of the building ( and the street)! Response to complaint has been adequately disinterested to imply behaviour is deliberate - "trying it on"๐As one of them is a civil engineer of some sort, it's difficulty believe this is not deliberate. I wonder what his professional body will say!

GoogleVery troublesome, rude service. They act very dodgy and do everything to get every last penny from you - surprise fees that pop up and you can't avoid them basically. They either have a memory of a fish or are unbelievably stupid, or just do this intentionally, hoping to get away with keeping money that's not theirs - 8 months to sort everything out with deposits and final bills. Broken electricity meter, faulty electricity in the house im general, moths from the date of moving in etc... STAY AWAY FOR GOOD.

GoogleThey literally deserve no stars but unfortunately there is no such option. Every time there was problem at the property they were slow to respond and VERY RUDE. Always told me I was behind on rent when actually I was ahead on payments every single month. They need to take better care of their accounting and paperwork I can never get through to their office and I was told that it is my fault.
