GoogleI moved in to a property managed by Atlas about a month ago and the experience so far has been really good. The staffs has been very responsive and all of my needs and enquiries were solved almost immediately! So far it has been a very positive experience staying with them!

GoogleI have been staying at one of Atlas managed property for over 2 years now and the whole experience has been pleasant. In this wide web of rental market in London, Atlas is a hidden gem where not just they manage the properties to the highest standards but also take care of any service requests. Aida our property manager is very attentive and perhaps the biggest reason I continue to be here. She is very hard working and her attention to detail is par none. Even during the difficult covid times, her responsiveness was surprisingly quick and making sure of the tenants well-being is well adhered to. GoogleExcellent experience throughout. Moving is a stressful process but Mark and Yasmin made it smoother. Particularly Yasmin, she is very friendly, polite and super helpful with everything. Couldn't ask for more, we are very lucky.

GoogleI’ve had a great experience with Atlas so far. Had a quick viewing, placed an offer, submitted the info for referencing and signed the TA without issues. We were assisted by Yasmin Gollagly throughout the whole process, she was proactive, very attentive and kind. We are just waiting to get the keys and start our tenancy in a few weeks time. Definitely recommend!

GooglePlease be warned, this agency is a hassle to deal with. If I save even one person the grief me and my former housemates went through I will be happy. No major issues occurred with this company until it was time to get our deposits back. After a year of letting a property through them, we moved out June 30. We were told the deposit would be back in our bank accounts by 10 working days (fairly standard and reasonable I'd say). Yet after the ten days had passed we still heard nothing so I followed up with my landlord inquiring what needed to be done to progress things. There was talk about final bills waiting to come, cleaning bills to agree on, etc etc. After numerous emails back and forth trying to understand what the exact issue was and many weeks passed (in which three different points of contact were made with the agency) I was still unsure of the hold up. We did not get our deposit back until Aug 4 - 25 working days after move out and after much hassle and inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous. We never got a straight answer as to why it took so long, especially since we heard of others also renting from the same agency getting their deposit back before us when they moved out after us!! And if that wasn't bad enough, they double charged us twice for the"check out fee" as it was charged upon moving in and then again deducted off the deposits. Myself and another housemate tried separately to explain that they made a mistake and showed them all the evidence to prove they double charged us. Yet they did not understand what we were talking about and then stopped replying to our emails. At this point it was no longer worth the hassle, we had been out of the place for over a month and half so we decided to drop it. Please save yourself the stress and go with another agency.

GoogleAVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!! If you want honest reviews of this agency, scroll past all the recent (and clearly fake) paid for reviews until you see ones from the last two years... From start to finish this company is a joke. They’re rude, hard to get hold of, pull figures out of no where for your tenancy and are incredibly unprofessional. My personal experience was a sham. They coerced us into a move-in date that didn’t suit us and rushed the whole application process for us - in which we made mistakes because we didn’t take our time. Once those mistakes were made (and they’d taken the holding fee of £210) they told us we werent eligible for the property at 7pm - THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE MEANT TO MOVE IN. Absolute disgrace, avoid this place like the plague - they will pressure and con you into taking money and then not answer their phones when you request a refund. What a waste of time - could not care less if they leave you homeless.
Bethany, I would firstly like to point out that we do not pay for our reviews. The reason why you could not move into the property was because you and your guarantors failed the referencing process.
