I had the displeasure to rent for this agency between end of 2023 to 2024. I received the worst service ever, perhaps after living in London for over 10 years I never had experienced something like I experienced at Atals. Incompetency, Unreliability and Unprofessionalism. I remember when United in the agent (Yasmin Gollagly) asked me to leave ala good review which I never did, but to be honest after reading some of the 5 reviews here I doubt they are actually genuine. Yasmin Gollagly, showed me a property for rent in Loveday Road, at first the property had some issues which Yasmin assured me, whenever I’ll move in, every issue will be fixed and the reason I took the property is because she told me the floor of the whole flat had hitting that would keep the floor warm during winter, in reality she didn’t know about it but when I moved in, I found out only the Bathroom floor was able to hit and not the whole flat, so all I got was being scammed by Yasmin because obviously she didn’t know about nothing regarding the flat, Incompetence. As I moved in, the issues with the flat were not fixed, I had to call Atlas several times, a lady called Alia Rahim was extremely rude and she dare to tell me that the issues that were inside the falts I should fixed them myself, she was very rude, unprofessional and this was not what Yasmin Gollagly told me when she promised about “no issues will be there as soon as I moved in, anyway I had to constantly contact Alia Rahim who eventually was ignoring me and I had to contact someone else whom eventually sent me someone to fix everything over a month after I moved in. Absolutely pathetic and I must say extremely Unreliable. Eventually at some point I decided to make a visit to Atals and speak with one of the Manger, Katerina Darkopoulos, I did mention to her the mistake that Yasmin Gollagly made by telling me that the floor of the flat could hit up, I did tell Katerina Drakopoulos, technically I was “Scammed” by the incompetence of Yasmin and the unreliability of the agency and what Katerina had to say was: “I’m sorry it can happen to make mistakes sometimes “ but definitely not this time of mistakes. Absolutely Unprofessional. In over 10 years living in London I rented for several agency but I never had problems as I did with Atlas, it has been a nightmare and I highly recommend whoever is reading this not to rent from them! Incompetence, Unreliable, Unprofessional, these are the main 3 things you will receive here. Worst agency in London.

My initial interactions were quite professional, but it turned out that wasn't always the case. I traveled 2 hours for a 2pm property viewing at Atlas, as I urgently needed to find a place within a week. I had arranged the viewing just the day before. However, 30 minutes before the appointment, while already on my way, I received a message saying the property had already been taken as someone else had paid the deposit. There was no consideration for the time and money I spent traveling between cities. The lettings agent claimed there was nothing that could have been done because she had just arrived at the office an hour before the viewing and saw the property was taken. There was a complete lack of professional communication and due diligence.

I’ve recently moved into a property managed by Atlas Property, and so far, my experience has been fantastic. The letting process with Yasmin was smooth and straightforward, which made settling in much easier. When I moved in, I was pleasantly surprised by a warm welcome, complete with thoughtful goodies, something I’ve never experienced before but really appreciated. The property was spotless, which speaks to the high standards and care Atlas Property puts into their work. I also received a detailed email from Katerina with clear instructions on how everything in the property works. This made settling in much less stressful and helped me get organized quickly. Additionally, their online system for reporting and requesting maintenance is a great time-saver and very convenient. What stands out most is Atlas Property’s diligence in addressing any concerns or issues. They've been quick to respond and make sure everything is running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far, and I would recommend Atlas Property to anyone looking for professional property management.

You hear a lot of horror stories about renting in London, but my experience renting with Atlas is not one of them! Having lived in a property for 4 years and just moved out now they have been excellent throughout the tenancy. Very prompt with any issues that arose at the property. Easy to deal with when it comes to tenancy renewals and now with us departing the property we are delighted to have our full deposit back and cant speak highly enough of their services. A huge shout out to Indre who has dealt with us in the last couple of years she has been extremely friendly and supportive throughout a true gem of a property manager.

I really appreciate the help I got from Yasmin Gollagly, Atlas' Lettings Manager. Knowing that I was desperate to secure a new rental home for my dogs and myself, Yasmin was always ready to go an extra mile to make things happen. It was really easy and stress free renting a property through Atlas. Any maintenance issues, we just called up their maintenance team and it was fixed in 48 hours. They were also really understanding when it came to us breaking our lease a month early and did not charge us anything for it. We also received all of our deposit back. Aida was an fantastic help in particular with any questions or issues we had. Top company and the best real estate agents I've dealt with.

I rented a house from this agency.. The house was horrendous and very small..i paid 1.7k monthly for 2 cottage of chicken because they was not rooms for sure...1 house separated in 4 houses just to rob people...the bins was on our front door smelling all summer like a public toilet..the washing maschine was like a old tractor working the field...the neighbours complained because i use to smoke outside.. And after all i asked to leave the house...it keept 3 month to let me go and i have wait the agents to show this property at least 20 times because nobody wanted the house... Ive cleaned everything before leaving and they rob me 240£ I hope this 240£ will be enough for you like this review is enough for me... If you read this message STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.. They wanted access on my flat for 6 month 25 times... Have a great day because i am happy to leave
