GoogleBelieve all the 1 star review and not the fake 5 star ones. Unresponsive to their tenants, unless they’re chasing for their payment for the work they’re not doing. Very corrupt and dishonest. Avoid!!
Dan, Atlas values all forms of feedback however, this review is unfounded and has been reported to Google. In the meantime, I believe the team have taken a substantial amount of time, answering your questions and providing information.

GoogleAbsolutely awful and inconsiderate organisation! As a group they have no consideration for the residents or the neighbourhood. Their agents have no civility and are completely rude and arrogant!

GoogleLived in one of Atlas’s properties as students for 2 years. We found them rude, unprofessional and often incompetent. When we moved in, we turned up to the property to find the previous tenants were still living there because Atlas told us the wrong date. The house itself was very poorly maintained and was dirty when we moved in (despite their “professional” cleaning), with urine stains on the wall of the WC, brown stains in the toilets, a false widow spiders nest in the living room and what appeared to be pubic hair on one of the mattresses. Any maintenance work we asked to be done during our tenancy was usually slowly and shoddily done. When it came to moving out, they gave us little to no notice before bringing people in for viewings, sometimes just turning up on the door. When cleaning up the house in preparation to move we discovered that an air brick in the bathroom had been wallpapered over, explaining the problems with damp and flaky paint we’d had throughout the tenancy. Atlas were incredibly difficult when it came to returning our deposit, attempting to double charge us for the cleaning and check out fees. All in all I would advise anyone to avoid atlas like the plague. 1* is generous
Hi Joe, Upon moving into the property, a check-in was carried out by the clerk and the report was emailed to the tenants to confirm that they are happy with the condition of the property. You did not mention any issues at the time. As for maintenance issues, we have our own maintenance company that act within 24 hours professionally and we aim to respond to tenants as quickly and fairly as possible. Atlas notify tenants atleast 24 hours before carrying out a viewing at the property, but we cannot be held responsible if tenants do not check their emails. Checking out and deposit refunds are processed once the clerk has inspected the property and reports are sent out to all tenants to confirm and address any issues, no issues were addressed by yourself. The deposit was refunded in the time scale advised as per your tenancy. Atlas Property Letting & Services Limited.

GoogleMine wasn't the most straightforward application for one of their flats, nevertheless the service I received - consistently, was professional, gracious, courteous, patient - and determined. I've never before experienced that commitment to mature, grounded service. And when needed, a good dose of common sense. GoogleHighly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. This "company" were managing agents for a flat near Swiss cottage. Offer at asking price was put forward. Was stalled for several days. They said: "sorry, the landlord isn't picking up his phone". Avoid at all costs. Staff are extremely unprofessional and in my case were marketing a property not even available for let! Ahmad. I'm sorry you feel this way however your review is misleading. I have discussed this with the person involved and your offer was not at asking price - it was for less. You also requested some works to be done to the flat as part of your offer. While the landlord was considering your offer they received a better one which they accepted. The property clearly exists as you had a viewing there. I'm happy to discuss this further if you wish. Many thanks

GoogleWonderful service at sale. Terrible service once they think you're roped into a contract. Then after complaining they did not uphold their side of the contract, they told me they won't be renewing my lease. Don't rent with this agency, they are petty and just give you a headache.

Whenever we had an issue at the house they would send somebody from their maintenance team on the same day and solve the problem.
