GoogleThey are a lot better than some landlords and have some lovely maintained properties. To the person complaining about the deposit a new law came in place last year where the deposit can only be used towards unpaid rent or returned in full to the tenant, it cannot be used for anything else so I would seek legal advice on that one

GoogleLived within one of their properties for a year and I would advise everyone to avoid them. They're rude, don't care about your well being, will enter and show people around the property without any concent, the agents don't really care about your concerns and will scream and shout at you on the phone, just avoid at all cost.

GoogleReally rude and dodgy service looking to make as much money from you. They only started to speak to us professionally when I had a lawyer phone them to open up communication on issues we were having.
