I previously wrote a positive review but unfortunately I take back everything I said. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be misled. Our letting agent misled us from the beginning and miscommunicated very important information. Then when confronted about it, was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not take responsibility in order to move forward. The issue has been ongoing for MONTHS and I still don’t know what utilities are covered by the landlord and what I need to pay for (I have lived in the flat 7 months!!) I have sent email after email and still haven’t received a solution from property management or the management team. So unbelievably disappointing and AWFUL service.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very poor and unprofessional management while negotiating for a tenancy agreement. The communication between the agent and myself was really poor. We had an agreement and I had paid the holding deposit, but suddenly a day after there was a different agency which offered better terms to the landlord so they rejected my offer. By the time of our agreement, I spoke with the agent and she confirmed that the landlord she would have accepted my offer and I have to pay the holding deposit to process with the reference check which I did.NegativeProfessionalism

Writing this review after being spoken to in a rude manor and left waiting with no clear communication

Writing this review after being spoke to in a very rude manor by both S and L. Me and my ex house mate just moved out of our flat exiting our tenancy early meaning we would have to pay a break out fee which we did ON TIME and kept communication with the agents at all times. But of course now we have moved out and are awaiting our deposit back we are sent round the houses being told many different things by many different people. It’s funny that we do everything on time but when it comes to us getting OUR money back we are left waiting given many different responses in a very rude manor. Absolutely awful agency I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone!!! Honestly the worst!

Check your contract!

We were a landlord with Atkinson Mcloud. Our tenants signed a 3 year contract and as requested we paid our fees upfront. When the tenants left after 2 years AtkinsonMcloud refused to ‘refund’ the money and stated we could only use it as a credit if we found further tenant's through them. When we went through a different agency they would not give us our £3k back. We have now gone to the property ombudsmen who have ruled that AtkinsonMcloud have to give us our money back and described the contract as misleading. Still Atkinsons won’t give us our money back. Please use this company with care and double check the contract. Should your tenants leave they will not refund any feeds to you.

Since the property have some issues I had to reach out to the property management. But I haven't received any updates for a while (It took almost 3 months to get an update), but the PIC has been changed as Arshia Khan. Unlike the previous property manager, she was very quick to respond. And she knew what the problem was and how she could help me out. Most importantly, she kept noticing me the updates in order to let me know the progress. Thank you again Arshia!

We have had a great experience with the rental team, and have been impressed with their professionalism, attentiveness and efficiency at getting things done. We have been most impressed particularly with Francesco who has gone above and beyond throughout this process. We were regularly updated through the journey with Francesco ensuring our needs as well as the tenants needs are met. Had my flat up with another local agent - few viewings, no bids, no guidance or advice. Lee called up and enthusiastically pitched an actual strategy which seemed sensible - I gave him a go. Within a week viewings must have spiked tenfold. He kept me in the loop the whole way and went above and beyond (even kept the plants alive!). Have rec’d him to friends - will be my go-to agent for future sales.

I recently rented a flat via the Kennington branch in London. Having dealt with numerous letting agencies in the past, I can say that the experience was very smooth and as stress-free as possible in comparison to other agencies. My agent Hollie, specifically, was very responsive and professional and the communication felt natural and without any sort of 'pushy agent tactics' that I've encountered elsewhere. It's still early days but for the moment I can fully recommend them.
