Mark Johnson was polite curious and well presented. His knowledge of the property he showed me was excellent and his local knowledge shone through. It was unfortunate the property he showed me didn't meet my needs at the time but I will be looking forward to Mark showing me more.

TrustpilotA Thank You Note

TrustpilotPerla is great
Perla is great - she's very responsive, organized, and accommodating. It helps that she really understood what I wanted without me having to explain too much. Additionally, she chased me and let me know about the property in the first place, so without her I wouldn't have known about it.

GoogleWe found our apartment from Atkinson McLeod this November. Chris Nguyen was the one contacted me at the beginning and then take us viewing the flat. He was kind and patient with all the questions about the payment and the contract. We really appreciated his work. Thanks Chris. - Kathy

TrustpilotKind realtor
Sophia was very nice and helpful. Sent me listings and went out of her way to help me find a home, which is her job but some realtors would forget about you or not care, but she did.

TrustpilotWill never refer this agency to anyone, nor deal with them again.
Feeling sorry for the agent, couldn't handle the situation and negotiate a good deal with false promises. The higher authority had to pitch in , yet with no positive hopes. Why would the agent disappear without any intimidation! Was he the one at fault? Imagine yourself in that situation , if you were to be left helpless after a good 10 days of positive signs. Will never refer this agency to anyone, nor deal with them again.

GoogleImpossible company. Been trying to rent a flat through them for a few months to no avail. Properties being added and taken off the website countless times and not able to book a viewing even though we enquired more than once. Book a viewing system through emails, but no functionality through the website, and then no confirmation when you do book a viewing. Generally inconsistent and difficult to work with which really is a shame because they get some good properties through their company.NegativeQuality

GoogleAlthough ultimately the property I chose to rent was not handled by Atkinson McLeod, James Evans helped me enormously by suggesting and showing me around a wide variety of very relevant properties of interest. I would not hesitate to recommend James or AM to anyone seeking a property.

Trustpilotunprofessional and unacceptable service
Unacceptable treatment and customer service. Rented a property that had lots of issues that needed fixing, including heaters not working in the middle of the cold winter season. Reported them as soon as I moved in and was constantly messed around by unprofessional agents who not only took no notice but never got back to me. I’m still waiting for issues to be fixed.

GoogleExtremely poor agency I wouldn't use Atkinson McLeod again if they paid me to do so! As a tenant the experience is awful. You have to keep on chasing them and asking for update even when basic necessity things like electricity and boiler stop working, and still they behave rudely and don't care about anything else but money.

TrustpilotSmooth process, lots of support
Working with atkinson mcleod has been an easy and enjoyable process. We had a lot of trouble finding landlords in such a busy market, and even fewer who would help us with our specific needs. But Francesco, our agent at atkinson mcleod, helped us all the way giving us great options and properties taking our needs into account the whole way. We always had great lines of communication with the agent and felt attented to throughout the whole process. If youre looking to rent and want a nice easy process with lots of support make sure to go for these guys (and definitely ask for francesco if you can!)

I found Atkinson McLeod extremely helpful in my search. I dealt personally with james Mckenna and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was friendly, charming and very nice to go on viewings with. To anyone worried about renting their first property, I would highly recommend James Mckenna.

GoogleValentina was extremely effective and managed to get the whole move-in process (from referral checks to furnishing to the landlord side of things) done in just a couple of days and on time for my move-out day, saving me a lot of stress.

TrustpilotPerla review - 5 stars
Perla understood the requirements me and my future housemate were looking for and delivered on a great flat that met all our expectations and with plenty of professional and useful advice to go along with it. I would recommend Perla to help you find your next property!
