Fantastic estate agents. Myself and a mate used these to find a flat when we moved to London to both start our grad jobs. Francesco was absolutely fantastic, always made the experience feel personal rather than just being another customer. I would highly recommend using these guys.

GoogleWe were really hopeful and happy when we firstly rented with Atkinson McLeod, smooth process and our agent was prompt to reply to our questions. Unfortunately, when we have needed assistance during the tenancy agreement as tenants we felt neglected. Emails not acknowledge for, calls not returned and long waits in order to have feedbacks. We had to keep chasing in order to have some sort of support. According to our experience poor property management experience. Such a shame!

GoogleWe've been renting from Atkinson Mcleod for the past year and a half and I cannot rate Arshia Khan highly enough. She's been a wonderful property manager for us - besides being on top of any issues with the property and solve them in a timely manner, she made sure to check in with us and communicate any updates or changes. Needless to say, she's made our life a lot easier in the past few months with her willingness to go above and beyond.

Margaret Lombard and the team did an excellent job by advertising the flat because they actually did listen and understood our needs as well as particulars of the flat. GoogleVery unprofessional letting agency. I was told my offer was accepted and was prepared to pay the deposit. I did not hear back in days, once I called them they stated that the property has been let to someone else without giving me any notice. They lied about trying to contact me and not being able to reach me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save your time and money!!

GoogleAtkinson McLeod has been a great agency to rent a property with, the process with them is very smooth. Also their maintenance team is very helpful if you face any issues with the property. I would like to explicitly mention Angel from the maintenance team who was very kind and patient with us during our tenure and supported us with all the queries and issues we had, would recommend from personal experience.

GoogleBE VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE. THEY PROLONG GIVING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. THEY ONLY INSURE IT SO THEY STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE FUNDS AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT BACK THEY PROLONG. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE BACK MY DEPOSIT UNTIL I PROOVE TO THEM THAT I HAVE CLEARED AL MY BILLS... HOW DOES ONE DO THAT? BE CAREFUL PEOPLE
Atkinson Mcleod takes very seriously the return of deposits to tenants after a tenancy has ended. We employ a number of people specifically to do this job and aim to return deposits in a timely manner. Atkinson Mcleod hold deposits in deposit schemes on behalf of Landlords and do not have ultimate authority to return them to Tenants. We have to rely on the TDS Tenancy deposit scheme for approval along with the Landlords before we can return any Monies. We understand this can be frustrating for all concerned.
