Having had a bad experience with house hunting and lacking confidence in Estate agents, i decided to put off house hunting for a year. I was walking past the office of Atkinson McLeod and decided to pop in, where i met Eva Bouzaki. Although she had to rush off to an appointment straight after me, she carefully listened to my criteria, but didn't rush me. The very next day she sent me links of exactly what i was looking for and then kept in touch with me until a viewing was arranged. When she said she'd be in touch, she was (which i find to be rare these days!). I found her to be accommodating, honest and a lovely person to deal with. Thank you Eva.

Great experience with Alex from Atkinson McLeod

Alex, based at the Kenington branch, was a delight to work with. He quickly understood my needs and preferences from a property, he came across as honest and to the point, which I really appreciated. An excellent service from Philip…

An excellent service from Philip Bullman in the sale of our flat in E1. We received interest in the property very quickly. Thereafter, unlike most estate agents, he took a very active role in the sale process, ensuring that all parties kept up a level of urgency and did not let matters rest. In that way, the sale was completed within a tight timetable, which is what we wanted. We would recommend Philip.

I have worked on a number of files with Atkinson McLeod, and more specifically Eva, for a number of months. Eva not only goes above and beyond for our mutual clients but also has enough experience and knowledge about the industry to assist in getting over obstacles, rather than a hindrance as so many estate agents become. I can highly recommend Eva if you want an Estate Agent who will do everything within her power to ensure the property transaction goes through smoothly whilst protecting interests for both seller and purchaser.

Zelia is a wonderful agent

Zelia is a wonderful agent. She took us to see two properties which were both within my budget and she flexibly squeezed us into her schedule and made it possible for us to view on weekends and after work. Though I did not rent these two properties due to issues like no windows in the kitchen (which is normal in UK), and possible ground -floor dampness in winter, or too much noise in the living room. I at last choose another property advertised by other agency, because that property fit my needs and I was in a hurry to rent a new property which could also have windows in the kitchen, bathroom and have a balcony and was in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood and meanwhile which was also within my budget. Next time when I rent a house, I will also consider to find Zelia to help choose properties for me. She would ask your feedback on the viewed house and tried to find new properties that met your requirements that previously did not come to your mind. Thank you Zelia! Because I did not go through the whole renting process with Atkinson, so I decide that it is fair to give a four star for now

Liaised with Margaret Lombard on securing the new rental property. Margaret is excellent and has a very professional approach to dealing with clients. Margaret was prompt in dealing with my queries and took the extra effort to contact the current tenant and looked up on the public websites for the gas supplier. Very customer focused and All background checks were done promptly and with ease. Just completed the sale of a property…

Just completed the sale of a property in Balham that was 'sticky' in what has been a rather dull market anyway, because I wanted to impose restrictive covenants somewhat constraining the maximum sized extension permissible. Philip Bulman from the Balham office handled this tricky sale with aplomb, managing potential buyers' expectations and guiding me and the chosen buyer to a 'win/win' resolution of the covenant issue. Philip is clearly a very experienced agent.and it certainly showed in this case.

Worst experience with an agency ever. Thankfully I didn’t end up renting anything with them as they seem very unreliable and not serious. Valentina kept telling me they had properties available and then cancelled the viewing last minute, didn’t reply to emails, and even didn’t show up for a viewing once, making me waste my time and going to a property I didn’t get to see. Would not recommend.

Zelia!!
