GoogleWe had all but given up on finding the home we wanted, but we were very lucky to meet Hassan at Aston Rowe. He was extremely tenacious and diligent in finding us the right property and keeping us up to date on the local market. He convinced me to view the property we ended up buying even though I refused twice! It turned out to be perfect. By far the best agent it has ever been my privilege to deal with. Thank you.

GoogleWhen a certain much larger competitor vanished without trace during the Covid-19 pandemic, Aston Rowe were still able to provide their clients with a much-needed service. Whilst luck no-doubt also played a part Aston Rowe were there and able to seize the day, finding me a tenant in less than a week while others floundered and flanneled. Furthermore, I didn't feel there was any attempt to exploit their advantage and I received an efficient and thoughtful service. GoogleAlthough we ended up not buying a home through Aston Rowe, we feel Hassan Mohmoud level of service, his professionalism, helpfulness, and honesty was something that can not go unrecognised. GoogleChoosing to move when your partner is 7 months pregnant is probably not the smartest decision one can make, however it all went remarkably smoothly in no small part thanks to the efforts of Joseph from Aston Rowe whose patience and efficiency really helped get the deal over the line. He took the trouble to show us round numerous places before finding the right one and never lost his sense of humor despite several falling through due to unfortunate circumstances. Even once the deal had gone through and we were waiting to move in he was still more than happy to take us around to measure some of the rooms up so we could plan our move. overall can't fault the level of service we received, communication was great throughout and service was efficient

They always ensured they gave good notice for any viewings and even tidied up a few items when a viewing was organised and wasn't expecting anybody and wasn't in the house. GoogleAfter a long and exhausting search for new house and after having an average or unpleasant experience with many big and established London real-estate agencies, we were lucky to find Aston Rowe but foremost our brilliant agent Rebecca Bevan who really took the time to understand our needs and to realize what type of a family we are. We are now in our lovely house which would not happen without help of Rebecca. Warm recommendations.

Googlejoseph was an absolute champ and i've been recommending him to anyone and everyone - so courteous, considerate and keen to help you find the place you want, not just whatever they have on the shelf. when we rejected properties we looked at he took the time to actually listen to our reasons why - not something you can take for granted with estate agents, in my experience - and would actively attempt to incorporate that feedback into his searches going forward. the best estate agent of the ones we met by far.
