Aston Rowe adopted an honest straightforward approach which is why I chose them. They found a buyer quickly, coped with a delay in viewings as we got our own survey and did some work, and managed the sale. I think there were some gaps in the knowledge of the conveyancing process but they were always helpful and clear.

Had a great experience with Aston Rowe letting agency. As a student it was difficult to find the right letting agency that wouldn't rob us blind. Rebecca rang me after enquiring about a flat and sent me other properties in my price range. She was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. She helped us find our perfect flat in such a short period of time. All the legalities and paperwork of renting a new property was made so simple due to all the support and advice Rebecca gave us!! I have been very impressed by the service level so far! Rebecca Bevan contacted me after I enquired about a few properties and she has been fantastic help so far! The phone conversation was an absolute pleasure, and she followed up with many great choices for us to consider. I haven't used Aston Rowe before but if the rest of the lettings agents are half as good as she has been, then I'm sure they will be a fantastic asset to anyone looking to rent. The other agents that have called me back - have called me at ungodly hours, called multiple times over the course of minutes, left text messages and left very aggressive emails which I will be ignoring. I was stressed out by the prospect of finding a new property and moving - but I feel much better knowing that there are lettings agents out there that can help in a friendly and professional manner. Aston Rowe have been our estate agents for my last 2 tenancies and both times we have found them to be very professional and easy to communicate with. For our most recent tenancy (moved in about a month ago) they listened exactly to what we wanted and let us know as soon as any properties became available which fit those needs and found us a perfect split level flat for us (which we are a loving) the whole referencing and contracts process was super easy especially considering the covid-19 situation. At the end we had a slight hiccup with the electrical check due to a new law which came into place which did cause a delay to our moving date at the last minute but the team did everything they could, kept us in informed the whole time, were really understanding of our frustrations and turned it around very quickly much appreciation to Joseph, Georgiana, and James! Aston Rowe is friendly and professional from start to finish. As a smaller independent, their service is personal and they have excellent knowledge of the local area and property market. And while they certainly get the viewings in, the operation feels less pushy and more tailored than some of their high street rivals - there's no sense of target driven sales or box ticking to satisfy shareholders. The team is a delight to deal with and I have always found Harry approachable and someone who wants to make things 'right' for both purchaser and vendor. I must say Aston Rowe not only sold my flat but got me several offers above asking price. Professional, diligent and transparent!
