Aston Rowe were recommended to me and they have done an excellent job. They have a lot of boards up in the area so seem to be one of the most active agents in this locality. They quickly found a buyer who eventually withdrew but a new buyer was found and the sale, second time round, went ahead pretty smoothly. Always someone to speak to which is a big plus these days.

Aston Rowe sold my house. In other words, they did what they said they would do - what it says on the tin. They did it quickly, efficiently & productively. On June 6th 2021 I gave them agency to sell my house; on September 6th 2021 I completed on my property. They got 30 viewings in through the door in the space of 3-4 weeks; they advised me very accurately on what the market would pay me for my house; they didn't try to persuade me to take a lower offer& they didn't overvalue it. I felt heard & respected. I had a good feeling about Aston Rowe right from the start when someone from the company drove across town to pick up the keys from me. My instincts were right. I asked to be kept in the picture from the beginning with viewings & feedback & that is exactly what happened. It is impossible to imagine a smoother process between me accepting the offer and completion. Completely stress free.
