Googlehorrendous experience! continuously lied to through out the process when trying to buy a house listed with them, I could go on & on. After 5 months ended up having to walk away from the property at our expense.

Dear Harry Thank you for your feedback, as we take all comments positive and negative into account. We believe in an approach to continuous development and growth, and thus feedback aids us to ensure we can make experiences better through that mechanism. I have some personal experience in dealing with this case, and it was unfortunate that there was an elusive freeholder, which presented an issue that we all collectively were aware of and were working to resolve. Being a probate sale, further complicated the process. I was surprised and dissapointed to read your review knowing the elements of the case were widely discussed between us and the inaction of a third party held the sale beyond anyone's control, but all parties took extensive steps to try and resolve the matter, myself included. It was your decision to withdraw and find another property and despite the complications and frustrations this process can sometimes bring, it was not know prior that the freeholder was not going to assist the process, particularly as it was a probate sale. In relation to the comment relating to be lied to in the process, I feel this is grossly unfair and misleading as this certainly was not the case, as it was discussed in detail every day and you even made private attempts to contact the freeholder. With that said, no doubt these instances are frustrating, and my 15 years experience in this area has dealt with many challenging situations, and some unfortunately are more complex and can take a little longer. This situation with the benefit of time has now been resolved, and the property has been sold. GoogleAfter having some poor experiences with estate agents in the past, it was refreshing to encounter one who not only was competent but also well articulated and presented. The houses that had been identified were an ideal match to the specifications that we provided prior to the viewings and combined with the most efficient of service, I left the process with a great sense of satisfaction. And a great house! Couldn't recommend more.

GoogleHi - I just had a tenancy renewal with Aston Rowe and could not be happier with the level of service provided. Georgiana Stefan the renewals manager was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the new legal obligations in place on landlords. She was prompt on all queries, extremely diligent and very professional! Thankyou for your hard work and hopefully be dealing with you again soon!
