GoogleAfter renting one of their properties for two years i can honestly say they are the worst estate agents I have ever worked with. Would not recommend. Awful communication and so many hidden fees. As soon as they get their money from you you will find it impossible to get hold of them. Absolute money racket. Take my advise and go elsewhere

GoogleI was just trying to book an appointment to view a property (to buy) in Chiswick, they weren't helpful at all, they couldn't confirm the proposed date for a while, I had to call them back and later they wanted to change the date, I wasn't available, they didn't offer me alternative dates to find a solution. They just don't care...

GoogleAston Rowe set the low bar for estate agents which is pretty low... Arrogant and greedy in the extreme, they don’t respect landlords or their properties, mismatching poor tenants who are barely able to look after themselves never mind a premium property. Avoid these people at all costs but as they’re estate agents, they’re pretty useless all round.

Upon leaving to our new home (which everyone knows is incredibly stressful) three years later, their friendly and helpful staff continued to offer that same personal service we had come to know.
