Very happy with the service we received and we'd easily recommend not just Aston Rowe, but Eva also for her assistance in this matter.

GoogleWe were lumbered with a very difficult tenancy for our property but David English at Aston Rowe was on hand to assist us throughout the handover from old to new tenant, in particular with regards to claiming damages from tenant's deposit. An excellent agency and highly recommended for landlords in W3.

YellGet everything in writing and double check
As a tenant getting a place with this branch was a poor experience. The agents lie to get a sale and conceal important information. They put a lot of pressure on you to make an offer. No integrity. Be very smart when dealing with this lot.

GoogleI've been lead tenant in an AR property of five tenants for over 12 months now, and any maintenance issues have been dealt with swiftly, effectively and with minimal fuss. Always very eager to be of assistance, and to accommodate your requests. Absolutely no problems to date, even with two changes of tenant.
