We have recently bought our first house through ashtons in Newton Le Willows; and right from the start Stacey was on hand to help us with anything. It took us a few months to find a house we love and at first we was beaten when making the offer. Stacey and Simon both had to deal with my emotional side when I thought I’d lost my first home, they was great! The house took a while to go through due to probate so Stacey had to deal with my constant nagging, moaning and questions for 6 months! Now that we are in our home we can’t thank her enough, from all the visits she made for us, to chasing up emails, answering all our questions and giving us reassurance she was great the whole process! Thankyou x

We recently bought and sold with Ashtons in Newton le Willows and also used their mortgage advisor Joanne Hickey. We can't fault the service. From day one when we arranged the viewing in what is now our new home through ringing Stacey in bits when our first buyer fell through. Our house went on the market the week before Christmas and we moved into our new home on 24th feb. Buying and selling in 2 months!! Both simon and Stacey were brilliant. But special mention to Stacey who really did go above and beyond when things got tricky. Joanne arranged the mortgage with no hiccups too. We're never moving again coz moving day was too hectic but if we ever do Ashtons would be my first contact. Highly recommended

Excellent service and competitive charges. We recently sold our house in Chapelford through Ashton's, Penketh branch - within a week of it being on the market. Mike & Nick provided a great service and Mike especially went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding some paperwork a solicitor further down the chain had suddenly decided at the last minute that they needed from our buyers in order to exchange & complete. Our property was vacant, so they handled all viewings but kept us informed of when visits would take place and even went to check on the house after it was reported back to them that our house alarm had been sounding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashton's to anyone who is wanting to sell a house within the Warrington area.

Sold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

My wife and I bought a house last year that was being marketed by Ashton's in Newton Le Willows. Both before during and after the sales process Stacey, Simon and the team at Ashton's were very professional in dealing with any queries that we had. On top of that we requested multiple viewings before we made our minds up and each was one was fitted in for us with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend them and will have no hesitation in placing our house with them should we decide to sell in the future. Joyce & David Fisher, Burtonwood.

We have recently used Ashtons Stockton Heath & Padgate, Angela at Stockton Heath sold a property for us and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, professional and friendly. She always kept us upto date and made the whole experience a pleasure. A massive thank you to Leanne at Padgate - what a star you are! Our chain took 5 months from selling our house to completion on the new one (this Friday!) and Leanne has been with us all the way, chasing up literally everyone, going above and beyond in every way. Don't know what we would have done without you. A great professional but friendly service and one we would definitely recommend. Emma & Lloyd Savage

Ashtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Mike, Katy & Nick - you have been brilliant throughout the whole process.

Big thanks to Simon and Stacey for selling our house and putting up with my regular cheeky emails! We couldn't have sold it without your help and charm! A really professional team who are friendly and answer every question asked. Simon has even gone above and beyond and helped with our new purchase. I think they'll miss me though haha! Wouldn't have gone with any other estate agent, highly recommend their service and rates.

We recently bought our new house with Ashtons in Newton and have to say both Stacey and Simon were fantastic throughout the sale from start to finish. They were not only professional but ever so informative and friendly. Stacey kept us informed and nothing was ever to much trouble, in fact it was always a pleasure to speak to her. Thanks again and we are now very happy home owners on Winwick Park :-)

Thank you so much to you all including Nick for selling our house so quickly and pain free. You were always happy to help with any questions we had and explained them clearly and without going into estate agent jargon that I have heard many times before from others. I would recommend anyone to use Ashtons without a second thought. Many thanks once again from Mark & Zara Tilling and Family

Excellent service from start to finish Ashtons come highly recommended. They took the stress out of moving and are happy to help with any querys or concerns you may have. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Katie at the Great Sankey branch always at the end of a phone when I needed her giving advice or just some reassurance when it was needed. THANK YOU 😊

We used the Newton Le Willows to sell our house and the team there was great, Simon did the valuation but we mainly dealt with Stacey Jones who was a complete star and couldn't do enough to help us, she kept us informed about what was going on every step of the way. Emails where answered quickly and in all it was a smooth experience. Highly recommended .

is it possible to give a zero rating ? 9 months from excepting an offer to still not be resolved. fully understand buyers can have many problems for varies issues but to not be informed on the completion day ( for the second time ) that the sell would not go through is disgusting. no phone call , email .not even a lazy text . ashtons for months have given estate agents a bad name . shame on the unprofessional people I've had to deal with in this organisation.
