GoogleWe only have positive things to say about Molly and the rest of the team at Ashtons. They went above and beyond to help us secure our new home. After they managed to list and sell our previous property in only 10 days, they put in so much effort continually chasing up and down our 7 strong chain, being our only means of communication throughout the process, sometimes even doing the work of our solicitors! Can't recommend them highly enough 💪

GoogleHaving dealt with a good number of estate agencies before, it was a joy to interact with the Stockton Heath office of Ashtons. All the staff are incredibly polite and helpful and Cathy the manager, went above and beyond in her role. She is attentive, professional and clearly is really good in what she does. The communication from the team was impressively prompt, I never felt unable to reach out to them or get answers to my questions, no matter whom I spoke to. Honestly, such a great experience all around! Definitely recommend!

GoogleAshtons were a pleasure to deal with when viewing and looking to buy a property. Molly was particularly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in all our dealings with her. The property we were buying with them unfortunately did not work out, however we wouldn't hesitate to use Ashtons again for either buying or selling.

GoogleI was dealing with Ashtons as a house buyer. I found them friendly, helpful and professional throughout, despite me needing several visits to the empty property to check areas requiring work. Extra thanks to Molly for going the extra mile, looking for keys, trying to operate the boiler, and especially helping communication between myself and the seller when solicitors were taking too long.

GoogleIf you want an Estate Agent who truly works hard for you and your home sale, then Ashton's Estate Agency is for you. It has been a truly exceptional year with Covid and it's restrictions, but Ashton's have taken great care with me and the property. Distance has made it impossible for me to do practically anything towards selling, Ashton's stepped up to help with every aspect. Always professional and polite and keeping me up to speed with every step. Adam provided support, attended the property on many occasions which was my responsibility, and never failed to keep me bouyant when we had a blip in the chain. A true credit to his company.

Adam was extremely proactive in progressing with our purchase making it as stress free as possible. Adam was very professional and understanding. Queries were answered straight away and if not at the time call backs were arranged with all the information. Friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be going back if we decide to sell again in the future!

Amy, Beth-Ann and Simon were incredible throughout and supported us through every step of the process from valuation and sale, through to purchase and completion. The team kept us consistently up to date (not something you get with every estate agent!), and worked through any challenges with us to ensure a timely resolution and successful move. Moving during a pandemic is especially fraught, however Adam and the team at the Stockton Heath branch have always been easy to contact and have helped with all stages of the process. FacebookWe have worked with Nick at the Stockton Heath branch and he has totally changed our past perception of estate agents! He actively sold our house for us. He was passionate about the area growing up around there and he kept us informed of every step and feedback. We are not the easiest to get hold of but whether it was a Sunday or he had a day off he was always very customer focused. He managed to sell our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market and I honestly think that the fee is worth every penny for the service that you get here. Not forgetting the other staff who was just as friendly and informative if Nick was never around!! My husband says never again but IF we did ever move again we would certainly be contacting Ashton’s and Nick!

As first time buyers we obviously had a lot of queries and questions and Stacey was so attentive and informative from day one. She replied promptly with honest and frequent updates and reassured us through out the proccess, making sure we were always involved and up to date. She was extremely friendly and had great customer service and went above and beyond. I would honestly recommend ashtons as an estate agents because of Stacey to friends and family and want to say a massive thank you to her for making this experience as smooth as possible and ensuring our journey buying our first property was as exciting as it's suppose to be. We really hope Stacey gets the recognition she deserves for doing such a great job! :)

The service I receive was excellent and I would recommend your services to my friends and family, or anyone who wanted to sell their home. I was really impressed with your staff patience with me, as my property took a while to sell, but they never gave up and gave a 100 percent effort in trying to sell my property for me. in particular Hanna was always very polite on the phone, and always helpful and reassuring, a credit to your company.
