GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Andrews.I cannot describe how brilliant Duane Watson was, he always went the extra mile to help. If it wasn’t for Duane I would have walked away from the purchase, but Duane with his vast experience and knowledge got hold of the solicitors and made sure everything went smoothly as the solicitors were working slowly and delaying the progress. I can truly and honestly say Duane is a great asset to the agency as his not only very good and professional at his job. He is also truly a genuine person who will look after you.

GoogleI sold my home with Andrews Kingsbury and dealt mostly Duane Watson. He showed professionalism from my first meeting with him. I was very much torn between going with Andrews and another well known estate agent covering Kingsbury but chose Andrews due to his understanding of what I needed to be done, as well as his willingness to try his utmost for us to receive an offer we were happy with. Unlike other estate agents he was actually more positive about what we could achieve and would give me regular updates. Essentially, what would usually be a stressful experience when it comes to selling a property, Andrews (and in particular Duane) made it seem seamless and rather stress free. The online portal is also a nice bonus where you could see viewers feedback. I would highly recommend selling with Andrews Kingsbury.
