I used Andrews Kingsbury services to buy a property at Cowbridge Rd Kingsbury more than 30 years ago. That's why I returned recently when I needed help with another property transaction. I found both Samita and Tara first class and the support team are brilliant. Further the business is run as a Charitable Trust. My wife and I recently purchased our first home through Andrews Property and the service they provided was phenomenal. Their knowledge and expertise made buying a house via the Modern Method of Auction such a breeze. A very special “Thank you!” to Mukul Mehta, the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Andrews Kingsbury office. Buying your first home can be a very daunting and stressful process, especially if you are buying via the Modern Method of Auction. But with the vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise of the property market, Mukul made it so much easier for us to understand the process and made sure we were confident and happy with the decisions we made throughout the process. His friendly (always smiling) way of communicating made it felt like a family/friend experience to us, which really helped both sides understand each other and go for the right products and services. Not only that, but he also helped us in sorting out the Critical Illness Mortgage cover when our 1st application was rejected. Once again, the professionalism, knowledge, customer care and communication from Mukul is exceptional and will definitely be coming back for his services in future. When a company wants to charge you 295 + VAT to check out tenants. Which by their suggestion you allow to stay in the property 1 month past the tenancy agreement. Then according to the agent because there was no longer a tenancy agreement. Somehow justifies such a charge. There is nothing to recommend this company.NegativeValue

Sumita went above and beyond to explain everything to me clearly, help find the right tenants that met my criteria and managed the whole process end to end to complete all the paperwork. Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office has been super helpful throughout the whole process. As a First Time Buyer, purchasing a property can be very overwhelming as well as daunting. Having Mukul help with the process has alleviated so much of the pressure. As he is well knowledgable in his field, he is also able to provide advice on all areas of the mortgages as well as ask the crucial questions I would not have thought to ask for example, the different forms of available insurance. Mukul also takes a long term view when working with his customers, meaning he works with your long term interest in mind. A key thing for me during the process was ease of communication and Mukul ensured this by providing multiple forms of contacts as well as always being available to speak to through the whole process. If you want someone who will have your time and is able to effectively communicate a complicated process like mortgages, I would honestly recommend Mukul.
