Can't give less than one star. Was with Andrews since 2008, when we bought our flat and they were great. We put our flat for them to rent out for us in 2017 and the headache has been constant. They only care about their fees. Contract was done 4 months late this year, but they wanted their money money money!!!!! they just have no interest or care for their customers (on the rental side). Will not be using their service ever again.

As a 1st time buyer with no experience of mortgages, I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Mukul Mehta. Mukul explained the importance of securing the best possible mortgage for my house purchase and was very well versed in the market so time wasn't wasted approaching inappropriate lenders. He completed all of the documentation with a minimum of fuss which was very reassuring, resolving any issues that arose speedily and to my satisfaction. He also has an extensive knowledge of the insurance market, providing quotes for Buildings, Contents, Mortgage Protection & Life cover to ensure I was fully informed of what my options were. Well done Sumita Jolly for your help in letting out my property in Queensbury. I met Sumita on site; she was one of the five agents that I invited to view my property and provide feed back for the lettings market. She fully understood what my requirements were and was adamant that she could let the property quickly and to the right calibre of professional tenants. Sumita was responsive, committed, and very professional throughout and found the right solution quickly. I managed to let my property with Andrews Estate Agents and we agreed to the price and commission on Thursday; 23rd September and on the following Tuesday; 28th September; and true to her word, she put me in touch with the potential tenants who responded to her adverts for my property. We agreed a move in date, signed and sealed the deal and the tenants moved in the following Saturday; 9th October. In my opinion that’s what I call a good result for a first time landlord. I was looking to Sumita to provide me with reassurance throughout the whole process. She, together with her colleague Alberto Pillai were both on hand to explain things, were professional and conducted their business in a way that I was comfortable with and I was kept informed of the entire process. Definitely a pleasant experience so far, and one that I hope will continue long into the future with Andrew's Estate Agents with repeat business. Anyone reading this feedback, that is looking to let their property out (which let’s face it, for most of us, is the biggest investment you might have), then I would suggest that you seriously consider Andrews Estate Agents, as they have a lot of local knowledge and will bring in results. It’s important to deal with professionals who know their market, understand their clients, and BRING IN THE BUSINESS. I hope Andrew’s Estate Agents realise what a true asset Sumita is to have on their team. She is brilliant hands-down. My move into my new address has been such a great, smooth process thanks to Alberto! He has been very kind and open to answering any questions I had. I was able to view the property many times and there was all the information given to me prior to renting the property. Furthermore, Alberto took the time to help me with setting up my Energy, Water and Council Tax bills as well as constantly communicating and liaising with myself and the landlord to ensure everything is okay. Purchased a property with this estate agent in Kingsbury. The whole process from viewing to finalising the deal is super smooth and straightforward. There are a few bumps on a road with the seller, but Faysal is very helpful and supportive. He chased the seller everyday and understood the buyer’s position really well.
