GoogleI was in doubt of finding a property for rent in today's market when I was given a short 2 weeks notice to move out from my previous home but when I met Mrs Sumita Jolly at Andrews Estates in Kingsbury, she quickly managed to find a flat for me and my missus that we immediately went to check out and were pleased with the property, moved into it quicker than I would've thought. A friend recommended me to visit Andrews Estates in Kingsbury and see what they have available and now I moved into my new home and definetly I will be recommending this agency from now. Their team is brilliant and very helpful, thanks again for everything!

GoogleI would like to share my positive experience working with Mrs. Sunita Jolly and Mr. Salim Zadran and recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and professional real estate agency. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were always very friendly and accommodating, and made sure to answer all of my questions. They provided me with great advice, and took the time to explain the entire process so that I was well informed. The entire experience was very pleasant and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the results. Andrews was able to find me the perfect house in no time at all, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Andrews to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agency. They made the entire process easy and stress-free.

GoogleSumita & Salim are very warm welcoming people. They have been very professional & efficient in helping us locate the right tenants for our home. They have made our life easy by being transparent and clear with the whole process from the word get go. I would highly recommend them to either sell or rent your property. Andrews is a big company but I feel these individuals who work for them are truly an asset to the company and deserve much credit to their wonderful outstanding service they provide….Sumita’s approach is very similar that to you walking into the city branch and getting that 6star quality service 😊 Thank you both for making our journey effortlessly easy Mr Mrs Patel

GoogleI visited a location in the NW Postcode looking for a investment opportunity. Kwaku took me around and was very helpful in making sure I saw all I needed to see. I have quite a large property portfolio outside of London, but he has convinced me to start looking at purchasing a few more in London. With staff like that, I'm probably going to be doing more work with Andrews Estate Agents.

GoogleTheir prices are inflated and they always over value them; Their properties are not in a good state and not in line with the price tag. They end up taking properties of the market when they can’t sell them. Disappointing as they had a good name in the area.
Good afternoon Paul Stevenson, If you’d like to discuss your experience in more details please don’t hesitate to contact the branch to talk this through further.
