I enjoyed a long tenancy period (years) without experiencing any of the harassments that some of my friends so often went through with other agencies / landlords. All was dealt fairly and as expected. As a tenant, I particularly appreciated the availability and prompt replies of the agency to all request of assistance for the usual small maintenance issues such as appliances to be fixed / replaced. They were always replied in a professional and efficient way, all sorted out within days, no troubles or fuss.

GoogleWe spoke to Stephen Parsons some time ago about potentially selling our house. At the time the market wasn’t great and he advised us that we may want to wait to achieve a better price. Stephen stayed in touch from time to time over several months and, when the market was more favourable, was able to sell our house off market for the price that we had been looking for. Time between viewing and exchange was three weeks! We are very grateful to Stephen and his team for understanding what we were looking for in terms of price and buyer and playing a patient game in achieving this sale. Stephen and his team advised us very knowledgeably on all aspects of the sale process and we’re extremely responsive. We are extremely happy with ASR and would certainly use them for any future property purchase or sale.

GoogleNicola Dixon handled our tenancy extremely unfairly. We put up with a terribly maintained property where there was repair after repair, paid timeously and were very good tenants. Andrew Scott Robinson have tried to deduct close to a thousand pounds for damages that we never caused. I would not use them.
Dear Mr Brown. We are sorry that you feel you have been treated unfairly, however, the property was checked by an independent Inventory Clerk and it was she who assessed that there were matters that needed to be rectified, in accordance with the inventory which was prepared and agreed when you moved in. Neither the works nor the costs were assessed by Nicola or andrew scott robertson. You agreed some items, including one that accounted for half the costs claimed. Those which you disputed were referred back to the landlord by Nicola for his instructions and it is he who has requested that they be paid for. That is his decision not ours and any dispute is between yourself and the landlord. Nicola has quite properly put in hand for you a reference to TDS, the independent arbitrator. We are sorry that this has left you dissatisfied but hope you understand that we are the go between in this situation.

GoogleAndrew Scott Robertson have let and currently manage two flats for us. They really make it easy to be landlords in Wimbledon by being super efficient in finding new tenants at the best rent, performing all duties in getting properties ready for new tenants and keeping on top of any property issues once tenants are in. I find ASR’s Lettings and Property Management teams to be highly professional, communicative and competent in getting the job done. Also, their fees are very competitive for the area.

GoogleYour response to my review is not factually correct. You offered to buy some lights the following day, expecting a young family to live in the dark another day. You knew I was on my own (my husband was away on work) with two young boys, having gone through one evening with no lights in the property, my boys were getting anxious, and they were worried they won't be to do their homework another day. I had no option other than to buy and get help to assemble it as we needed lights to survive. Regarding your comment on getting the work done 11 days earlier, you gave me an hour to find a place for my dog to stay out a full day and it was also the day I was already scheduled to be out on work. We agreed to the very next available date which was two weeks after. We continued to live in a property for over two weeks, where the lights were continuously tripping and all we received from your letting manager were demands to meet your business requirements. In your response, you stated you are working hard. What all clients will expect is for your firm to be honest and transparent of the situation, good standards of ethical and professional practice and some form of empathy which we never received from your firm.
