Andrew Scott Robertson successfully sourced our company an excellent commercial premises in Wimbledon. It was a challenging brief mainly due to lack of availability of the type of property we were looking for, but Stewart of ASR persevered Many other agents said this type of property didn't exist in SW London or very rarely came onto the market - but here we are, Stewart proved everyone else wrong. Very happy with the service and would recommend ASR as a professional commercial agents, with good local knowledge.

GoogleI purchased Wimbledon house through William Stewart-Brown at ASR in Wimbledon village office, and found him knowledgeable, non pushy and professional throughout at moments a challenging purchase. I found ASR had a detailed knowledge and sold most properties near to mine which instilled confidence and refreshing not being the usual pushy agents. I found staff all helpful at ASR. I would recommend this agents to purchase through.

Andrew Scott Robertson have been absolutely brilliant in dealing with the sale of our House in Wimbledon. Their Staff are all very friendly, knowledgable and extremely professional. Our house was not easy to sell but ASR made sure that the whole process was so much easier. I let my property through ASR for five years. After a bumpy start, I found the staff to be prompt with responses and helpful. Another rough patch ensued after a change in personnel, but after a new manager took over things quickly improved and I was very satisfied with the service and efficiency. As a landlord living overseas, being able to trust the letting agent is very important and hence the person you are dealing with has a great influence over your impression of the organisation. The first property manager and the current property manager were very good, but I did have some bad experiences in between. ASR were flexible over some of the terms of our agreement, which was helpful.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service we received from Andrew Scott Robinson in selling our house. They clearly had a good knowledge of the local market, and the price which we might achieve. When we went on the market, they secured and managed lots of viewings, many from their list of interested buyers, which filled the three days we had set aside. We received many offers at or above the guide price. They helped us through the process to agree an offer, and then kept in touch with us and with the buyer and their agent to smooth over any issues until we exchanged and completed a few weeks later on the timetable we had planned . We felt supported and well advised by the excellent ASR team.
