Incredibly experienced agent. We asked Steve Parsons to come and help us sell our flat in SW15 after getting nowhere in over eight months on the market. We had tried two prominent national estate agents on Putney's Upper Richmond Road who couldn't care any less about selling our property and never provided any client feedback. Steve helped us create a marketing strategy, which resulted in sixteen viewings in a week's marketing. ASR's photographer was also a cut above the other two agents we used. They were supportive throughout the process and I ended up getting over asking price for my flat. Thanks ASR!

My company first started working with ASR on a commercial property in Wimbledon broadway. I was dealing with Stuart Rolfe who was so professional on the ball and found me a good tenant. Because of this I decided to give the residential department the chance with some flats that I had to rent. Every member of the team were and still are brilliant. I would highly recommend these guys. We purchased the property as an investment over 4 years ago through Andrew Scott Robertson - Wimbledon Village. They found a tenant who moved in the week of our settling on the property. Since then we have left all activities related to the property in their hands, including rent collection, maintenance, insurance and regular inspections. It has been an ideal arrangement.

Selling leasehold flat

The agency did a good job photographing our flat and preparing advertising materials. We felt that they were too quick to encourage us to make a large reduction from the asking price, hence four stars rather than five. Once Robert Wells became involved he did a very good job in negotiating a price and driving the sale to completion.
