I let my property through ASR for five years. After a bumpy start, I found the staff to be prompt with responses and helpful. Another rough patch ensued after a change in personnel, but after a new manager took over things quickly improved and I was very satisfied with the service and efficiency. As a landlord living overseas, being able to trust the letting agent is very important and hence the person you are dealing with has a great influence over your impression of the organisation. The first property manager and the current property manager were very good, but I did have some bad experiences in between. ASR were flexible over some of the terms of our agreement, which was helpful.

We purchased the property as an investment over 4 years ago through Andrew Scott Robertson - Wimbledon Village. They found a tenant who moved in the week of our settling on the property. Since then we have left all activities related to the property in their hands, including rent collection, maintenance, insurance and regular inspections.
It has been an ideal arrangement.
