I enjoyed a long tenancy period (years) without experiencing any of the harassments that some of my friends so often went through with other agencies / landlords. All was dealt fairly and as expected. As a tenant, I particularly appreciated the availability and prompt replies of the agency to all request of assistance for the usual small maintenance issues such as appliances to be fixed / replaced. They were always replied in a professional and efficient way, all sorted out within days, no troubles or fuss.
