GoogleThe ASR team provided an excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, experienced, informative, kept us up to date and were honest in opinions and advice. We were somewhat anxious in selling but ASR guided us through the process. We never felt pressured and always that felt ASR would act in our best interests, which they did. If and when we come to buy / sell again we would call on ASR.

We were very pleased with the service from Andrew Scott Robertson. They were professional and friendly and guided us well at every stage through the selling process. Despite increasingly tight market conditions (higher stamp duty - Brexit) they found us a committed purchaser with whom we were able to agree a good price and complete in time for Christmas. Have already recommended ASR to several people who have changed agent to use their services. They found me a buyer in a few weeks and we completed within 6. We were dealing with Adeyna, viewed a few houses and found one we liked, we agreed on an offer, we paid our money and they accepted it, then a few weeks later (with only three weeks until we moved out of our old property and into this one) we were told that the agent had made a mistake in listing the property and as a result of this mistake the price would have to be increased and as a result another offer was going to be accepted and ours was rejected. Whilst there would be nothing wrong with this happening before anything was agreed upon, we had agreed a price and paid it and then had to wait to get our money back with only two weeks to find somewhere else to live. It was an awful experience and I would strongly recommend you take your custom elsewhere, they didn't respect ours so I doubt they would respect yours.

I used ASR to sell a flat and they were really helpful. I got straight no nonsense advice and support from them. They kept a good dialogue with me so I always felt in the loop but not swamped with info. The team were always polite and professional and they went the extra mile with helping resolve niggles onsite at the flat during the sale process for me. Really pleased with them and would absolutely recommend them.
