Since coming of age and having the wonderful ability to live wherever I please whenever I please, I have had to deal with the dreaded estate agent. In the past these interactions have always been extremely painful with the experience bordering on theft (on the part of the estate agents) in my opinion. Very happy to take your money... Not very happy to actually provide any kind of services. HOWEVER, I can thankfully say that all is not lost! In Andrew Scott Robertson there finally lies salvation! An estate agent that does what it's meant to, when it's meant to, with friendly, helpful staff AND doesn't try to take both your savings and the kitchen cabinets in costs! Jem Bayley Was First Class

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service we were given from ASR - In particular from the Lettings Negotiator Jem Bayley who was a First Class Professional. He wasn't pushy, he was very personable and allowed us to make decisions and in the end, we found a lovely flat which we now live in and Jem made the whole process very easy. We used ASR to sell our flat in Wimbledon last year. Everyone we spoke to and who helped towards the sale of our flat was really professional and kept us updated throughout every stage. They helped us get two buyers as the first fell through at the start of the pandemic outbreak, but they quickly found us another and we completed without any issue. I commissioned AS-R to sell my property following 18 months of stress with a large, unnamed agent.
