Excellent service

Teresa Langwade was the agent of the property we purchased. Teresa was very helpful from the start and when choosing the property. She showed knowledge of the property itself and the area which facilitated our decision. Teresa was very responsive which is appreciated especially in a stressful time of buying a property. It was apparent Teresa is experienced in the area and she was able to recommend a trusted financial advisor who helped us move forward with the purchase at a much faster pace. We enjoyed working with Teresa and the whole ASR team. Thank you!

Excellent communication

ASR were the agents for the house we have just bought. They were professional and helpful from the outset, but in the latter stages of the purchase they really went above and beyond what you would usually expect to provide us with outstanding service (even though strictly they weren't our agents). Teresa and Marc always kept us informed of developments, good news or bad, and were often the first or even the only ones to pass on news. I always felt that they were being upfront and honest and that they were working really hard to hold the chain together.

Getting the job done in a long chain

Teresa Langwaide was the selling agent for a property I purchased. Teresa was reasonable in facilitating the negotiations, and following agreement on key terms, was very helpful in getting to the point of contract exchange. My solicitors were very poor, and Teresa stepped in to make sure that the transaction went through, working to keep the chain on track and towards agreement. She put in a lot of work behind the scenes, and was willing to help where others were not.

Excellent agent!

ASR are fantastic agents, I think it is their experience and advice that sets them apart from other agents. Their advice and knowledge helped me make the right decisions when I was experiencing a lot of difficulties with my sale and their advice ultimately helped hold the chain and my sale and purchase together. When you are experiecing an unexpected difficult property transaction the quality of people and advice around you is criticial. ASR have that experience and knowledge to help you through these difficulties and make your property transactions happen! Highly recommend.
