Not to be trusted. Drove from London to the North East to viewings (which I was told don't need bookings to view and to see instructions on website) followed instructions and further sent emails to confirm timings which I still received no reply and travelled a 11 hour round trip to be let down!!!! Simply, shocking !!!!

Terrible experience, would give zero star if possible. Took over the property we had lived in for six years then immediately upped the rent by £300 which was non negotiable, tried to call to discuss but no one answers the phones . We were given 4 weeks to move out 2 months before Christmas , then they withheld all of my £800 deposit saying anything from lightbulbs needed replacing and carpets needed cleaning. This was all done before we left ! If you read every review they all say the same , stay clear of this letting agent unless you are so desperate you have no other choice .

Allsop Auctions without a doubt set the benchmark for property auction companies throughout the UK. I really believe they have set the blueprint that all auction companies should be following. Jimmy Bruce in particular has always gone above and beyond to help me achieve best market value when selling a property. Dont be silly and only use the best!

If I can give this company 0 I would. Property i live in has been managed by 2 previous Property management and no issue. This horrible management decided to increase my rent by £350 with no room for negotiation and had to accept because we all know how difficult it is to find house this days. First maintenance issues asked to do in the house was epic failure. The wooden floor at the house moving and needed fixing, wasn't save for kids which took me nearly 2 months for them to send a contractor down after numerous calls and treats to withheld my rent. The incompetent contractor they sent in decided to remove my whole floor with no aim to fit another one anytime soon. They also removed my downstairs toilet so you can imagine how smelly, dusty and freezing the house would be. They finally got a date for contractor to fit the new floor who then proposed a whole week. I tried to get them to pay for a place for us to stay for the week and this was rejected. Unfair my 2 and 5 Yr had to go through that. Asked to speak to their manager and each time I call, the managers are in a meeting. I CAN NOT WAIT TO BE OUT OF THIS RIDICULOUS CONTRACT.

Untrustworthy. Money grabbing and completely unethical. Left a family whose hopes were high to finally get out of a nightmare living situation in cramped conditions, giving access to the school right on the doorstep for their child who suffers from severe ADHD and anxiety.

GoogleTried to get advice on a lot I intended to sell. Have to say I was shocked at the complete lack of service and care. Had to phone and email several times over weeks to get a response. Eventually got a 2 minute call from the 'agent' who sounded completely unbothered. Albeit this is only a £500k lot it demonstrates the lack of any respect or care unless your name is Tarquin! In my experience steer clear of the west end agents and use one of the more affable, knowledgeable and human regional or non west end agents! Better service, better results and enjoyable to deal with!

GoogleI had made a bid at Allsop and like most auctions, it all seems so daunting in the beginning but the whole process was smooth, user friendly, and easy to go through. It was an added bonus in dealing with Zoe Baxtor who was an absolute pleasure to work with when I made a bid for an unsold lot, showing integrity, efficiency, and commitment. I would definitely recommend Allsop to buy a property as long as you do your thorough research and not to go above your bidding limit planned beforehand. There will always be opportunities in the auction market and Allsop has the most properties in their catalogues list by far. 5 Stars!
