Norbert came as a fresh breath of air to us among all the others. He just called to show us property and 3weeks later we were handed the keys. Everything went so smoothly with Mandy as a coordinator and the rest of staff that we’re truly grateful! Thank you guys for the welcoming card and wine, we highly appreciate the wonderful gesture of yours!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Anand Mehta assisted me to find the flat and Anand was really helpful and only taken 2 weeks to close the deal and also signed the contract draft. Therefor I can move in London without delay. I will contact him again if I need to find other flat for my extension.

We were so impressed by everyone at Adam Hayes, North Finchley. We dealt first with Seta and then Mina, both were very professional and their communication throughout was excellent. Thank you for all of your help.

Adam Hayes is the most professional estate agent in local, with special thanks to Anand. Communication with him is always clear, efficient and reliable. He puts his feet into my shoes when I was desperated in finding a rental property. I believe that a suitable property can be confirmed with his assistance.

During difficult times a great service from Norbert Sobczak, providing information and arranging a brief viewing on a Sunday while we were in London collecting daughter's belongings from student campus. Peace of mind given to me on a property to sign up to a tenancy to be agreed for my daughter and two student friends. A positive experience to date. Thank you Norbert.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Anand and the team were terrific to work with. We felt like they genuinely cared about what we were looking for, and were always one step ahead of us in answering questions before we even asked them. The whole process was smooth and even passed my husband's rigorous attention to detail.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mina at Adam Hayes for a house purchase. He was knowledgable, reassuring, and went above and beyond to get us to exchange. We also worked with Seta who was brilliant at communicating throughout.

Yasser came to the maisonette to appraise and give a considered valuation. He was thorough in his observations and candid in his feedback and so began the sale with Adam Hayes. The viewings came think and fast from the resourceful Seta, Ouali, and Ramy. Whilst my main point of contact was Mina, who did a great job as point for the sale, all members of the team rolled theirs sleeves up and were on the ball. All very professional, determined and worked tirelessly to get the result. Nothing was too small for them to do which was a huge support as I was selling the property from a distance. I would highly recommend Adam Hayes and the staff, who I felt were truly invested in the sale of my property.

From the very first time I spoke with Mina from Adam Hayes, he made me believe he had what I was looking for. I thought it was just a sales pitch but found out that indeed he was the man for the job. I collected the keys to the property today and met him face to face for the first time! Solid guy, thank you Adam Hayes for finding the right property for me.
