Tim Saraci is a great guy. He was very patient with us and have suggested a few places that could meet our needs. We didn't manage to find a property with him but our overall experience with him as an agent was superb.

We have had a wonderful service during the purchase of a property from Adam Hayes. In particular we would like to mention Yasser, who has been professional, attentive, always knowledgeable when answering our questions, being so helpful by organising meetings and promptly returning calls. Thank you Yasser for all that you have helped us with.

We worked with Norbert to find and secure a flat to rent and he was nothing but professional, responsive, helpful, and kind the whole time. The process from the viewing to confirming our deposit after receiving our keys was straight forward and without stress. Very trustworthy and friendly too. I highly recommend Adam Hayes!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Mina and Ramy provided an excellent service during the process of our flat purchase. They were always responsive and dealt with multiple queries and viewings in a professional and very helpful way. During negotiations, they acted very reasonably in order to achieve a successful conclusion and really went above and beyond to deal with third parties and remove obstacles. Their help continued beyond exchange and completion which was most welcome and clearly demonstrates their valued approach to customer satisfaction. It has been my best experience of estate agency services from many transactions and I would certainly look to use them again in the future. Thank you team - credit where credit is due; highly recommended!

I bought my house through Adam Hayes. Both Yasser and Charlie were a pleasure to deal with. There were a number of properties in the chain and they were extremely pro-active and instrumental to help get to exchange without issues. Very honest and transparent. I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area
