Adam Hayes did a great job selling our flat. They priced it accurately and Mina was a great communicator, shepherding through the process from viewings to exchange, intervening when needed to smooth out the inevitable minor obstacles to ensure things got done.

Buyer review - Feb 24 completion. Mina was diligent throughout the sale and happy to facilitate multiple viewings of the property. He was also happy to liaise with all the parties and keep things ticking along. Thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the whole Adam Hayes team in North Finchley were fantastic in helping my family find and secure the home we wanted. Not only did they go above and beyond with viewings and negotiating on our behalf, their customer service was impeccable. Faisal, Amir, Noura and Norbert were all part of our move at some point in the process, and they were all professional, polite, approachable, and they really listened to everything we said. They even surprised my wife with a birthday cake as her birthday was our moving in day! We chose them because they are local, and they are simply fantastic. Couldn’t recommend an estate agent more highly! Thank you!

I would strongly recommend Adam Hayes based on the work Ercan and his team have done. I can't fault them. From the volume of viewings, I was struggling to keep up with the volume myself! I was kept informed at every step. The team went above and beyond when it came to a technical issue with a member of the team dropping in on neighbours to liaise on my behalf (as a landlord 150 miles away this was very much appreciated). Ercan and the team have been professional, efficient, patient, courteous and friendly. My tenants are currently looking for another place and your colleague will be informed when they give me notice. Whilst the current tenants are in and if you are struggling with a genuine buyer and feel 18 Cardrew could be a good fit at £340k let me know and I may consider putting it back on the market. (this is exclusive to you at Adam Hayes) I can't speak highly enough of you all. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year if I don't hear from you before.

It is rare that you come across standout agents, such as Adam Hayes! Acting on behalf of the purchaser in this matter, I can say from first hand experience, dealing with Adam Hayes has been a pleasure from start to finish. In particular I would like to mention Ercan, who has really helped progress the matter to a smooth and speedy completion. Ercan was always very polite, friendly, fully up to speed with the transaction and most importantly always happy to assist. As Estate Agents go, Adam Hayes earns my highest recommendation.

I have worked alongside Adam Hayes for a while now and I have thoroughly enjoyed doing so. The lettings team are extremely organised and thorough with their bookings. The lettings coordinator Sibel is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Yasmin is also incredibly friendly and approachable and always assists me. The director Amir is very down to earth and very appreciative for the work that we do. All in all, the staff and Adam Hayes are always available when I need to get through and it is very clear that they share information which assists in them putting their customers at the forefront of everything. An estate agent that I would strongly advise using.

Successfully moved into my new flat 3 about weeks ago and can finally say that the agent and his assistant were very prompt and helpful in their responses, they processed and done all paperwork fast enough and very accurately. Everything was clear and there were no problems at all during the process. I'm glad I'm fully satisfied with Adam Hayes and its representatives, and would recommend it to anyone. Doubt any other agencies could perform better. Five stars.

Highly attentive and professional estate agents. Mina at Adam Hayes was superb with us throughout our experience. In our case, we were actually selling and buying a house from the same branch of Adam Hayes and Mina handled the entire situation very delicately and professionally from the day we met him to the day we completed on both properties! No concern or request was too big or too small for him, he was always straight on to it and working on getting things sorted. He made the whole process much smoother and less painful than we had anticipated! We are very grateful to him and Adam Hayes for the excellent service they provided to us.
