Thanks must be given to Adam Hayes Estate Agents in general and Mr Anand Mehta and Ms Donna Small of their North Finchley branch in particular for their concerted support for our family to rent my current house. In September, we were still in Hong Kong and planned to rent a property in Whetstone before arriving in UK! Many other local estate agents ignored our request or suggest us to rent flats afar from our target area. I think some of the agents do not like to serve overseas customers. Thing changed when I sought help from Adam Hayes. Their letting manager, Anand made immediate response to us via WhatsApp, phone call and email. Soon, viewing, reference check and signing the contract were done nicely and timely through the Internet. Clear Instruction and valuable advice were given to us in every step of the renting process. Owing to their fast and professional handling, we were even able to secure a school place for our child before we arrive in UK! When we arrived, we found that our request for deep cleaning and gardening work had been done neatly. The inventory report accurately reflected the condition of the house and of the fixture inside.
