I interacted with a number of real estate agents during my property search but Stephanie stood apart for several reasons. I loved the fact that it didn't take her long to really 'get' what I was looking for, so that even if properties weren't an exact match, they were close enough to what I wanted for me to seriously consider them. I never felt that I was being sent properties just for the sake of it. Stephanie was always prompt, professional and friendly during our tours of properties. She was also very transparent, answering my questions honestly so I could make an informed decision based on facts, rather than someone trying to steer me in a particular direction. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone searching for property in the Finchley area. You'll definitely be in good hands!

Mina has been fantastic to work with. He made the process of marketing my flat really quick and easy and I was able to monitor how many viewings were booked in. It helps to use a local agent as they already have buyers in mind. Although I didn't quite get the amount I was hoping for on my flat Mina didn't miss a beat with comms, chasing solicitors and speeding up/facilitating negotiations between myself and the buyer. He explained processes clearly and was helpful with offering guidance when it was needed. Would definitely recommended Adam Hayes and Mina is a gem!

I’ve tried multiple other agents in Finchley however it was Adam Hayes who got the job done in this 2026 difficult market. For my experience with them it’s no way a 5 star. It’s got to be 6 stars out of 5. I have dealt with many agents in the area and all have done their job well in my experience. However, I never worked with Adam Hayes before and had heard some good things about them so decided to give them a try. I did so just to build more contacts in the property game and was seriously , pleasantly surprised. By far thebest agents I have dealt with. . Tarek Hassoun was dealing with me predominantly and was superb. Polite, did his job to a high standard, gave good advice and generally looked after things very well. As a landlord your always looking for people to take the strain off you and Adam hayes seem to understand that without being told. If your an old boy like me I say to you “give them a try, you’ve got nothing to lose” and then see how easy they make your life.

You may think great that an estate agent was able to sell and complete in 2 months. But at what cost to the seller you ask. The whole thing from start to finish was all about making a sale and getting the commission never taking in to consideration the seller's thought's, wishes and feelings.
