GoogleI had an exceptional service from Adam Hayes. I've had a long term relationship with them as a Letting Agent and after 13+ years, I decided to instruct Adam Hayes to sell my apartment. It took less than 2 weeks for them to get me a buyer. Throughout the whole process, Mina and his team were promptly responsive and generously helpful with great reliable contacts. GoogleEstate agents have a bad reputation in this country for being dishonest and unreliable. I had the absolute privilege to find my future home through Adam Hayes and I could definitely haven't been able to do it if it wasn't for Steve Dixon! He is the absolute best estate agent that anyone can hope for. He was honest since our first phone call and stayed that way throughout the entire process. He's always replied to my emails promptly in a very helpful, yet very professional manner. I felt that I could reach out to him at any point and I was never made to feel as if I was in the dark about any aspect of the purchase. It is hard to find the right amount of praising words to describe this man's work ethics. I just hope that one day most of the estate agents will be, at least, half as decent as Steve Dixon!

GoogleI originally went to a different estate agent, but after some time did not receive any offers for the sale of my flat. I then put the flat in the hands of Sawan Shah at Adam Hayes and within no time at all he found me a buyer. Sawan was responsive when I needed to contact him and very polite and helpful. GoogleAdam Hayes estate agents are quite untrustworthy in our opinion. When we first put an offer in on a house with them we were told that the owner had applied for probate. We were excited and decided to get searches and a survey done so that the owner would take it off the market. We did all this only to find out afterwards that probate hadn’t even been submitted. The agent (Mina) is a really dodgy guy who repeatedly lied to our faces. I wouldn’t trust a word they say! When I raised it with the owner he also basically laughed it off as part of the process. There are better agents out there so don’t settle for liars!

GoogleSawan was dedicated, thoughtful, responsive, caring and very, very patient with our long property search! From our first set of viewings together he never tried to "over-sell" anywhere to us that he could see wasn't right for our needs. He genuinely cared about finding us our perfect first home, giving regular updates when relevant properties came on the market or dropped in price. We would've loved to have bought a place that Sawan showed us, instead we found a place in another area in the end. With him, we were able to promptly organise viewings of properties that fit our specifications. When we had decided on a flat, he negotiated with the landlord, so at our property we are even allowed to modify the garden to suit the needs of our indoor cats. Overall, the process with Adam Hayes was quick and efficient, and they even gave us a congratulatory bottle of wine and a card, which was a really lovely gesture. GoogleAbsolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. Not only was everyone I spoke to friendly and cheerful, they was all absolutely fantastic at taking all the stress out of what normally is a stressful process. I was completely blow away by the level of care every member of staff showed and every time they spoken to me it was to make sure everything was going as smoothly as possible.
