I dealt mainly with Joe from the grove park office to begin with and then later Dominic aswell. Between Daniel and Dominic I found the service was never lacking, someone was available 90% of the time for a call and if not I always received a call back. When I wanted to ask a question of the vendor I usually received an answer via Acorn within a matter of hours and they were helpful in explaining how certain aspects of buying a property worked, which for a first time buyer was very useful. All in all, great service

Acorn Grove Park Estate Agents have been excellent in facilitating the purchase of our new home. As first time buyers, this was a whole new experience for us. The estate agent (Oliver) was helpful throughout. He was easy to contact and willing to answer any questions we had. He also proved useful when dealing with our solicitor and settling negotiations between us and the sellers. I could trust him 100% with the process. If you want to sell your home in an area where Acorn have their office, I'd strongly recommend that you try doing it with them.

Acorn have been fantastic! After having a long and failed process with an online estate agent we were losing hope to ever sell our house. Ollie initially met us and instantly we felt listened to and at ease. Stephanie took on our case and honestly went above and beyond to get our sale through. She was patient and clear amidst our chaos and we can't thank her enough. Whoever answered the phone on calling was always helpful and polite. You can't beat actual human interaction in what can be a very stressful process and we are grateful for the professional, driven and kind attitude of all at Acorn Grove Park. We were very impressed with Acorn's branch manager Oliver and all his team, they had a very professional approach and a strong work ethic whilst being friendly and approachable.
