In stark contrast to the first agents we signed up with, we had a fantastic experience with Acorn. Godefroy managed the sale of our flat and was absolutely brilliant - really nice guy, really available, did all of our viewings while we were on holiday (!) and generally supported us through the whole process. Best Estate Agents ever. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Tried different Estate Agents, but Acorn were the one to successfully sale my flat. Communication was great. From start to finish of the process of selling my flat I was hugely impressed with the service provided by Acorn Kennington: By the time I had got my, previously ridiculously cluttered, flat ready to place on the market circumstances had changed considerably from when (a couple of years ago) my late partner and I had first wanted to embark on the process of selling. I found myself in a situation of likely needing a cash buyer for a smooth and swift sale. The Acorn Kennington Team - from office manager Adam to the agents dealing with the viewings, Godefroy & Sophie - worked what seemed like constant overtime doing viewing after viewing, finding me that cash buyer within what almost amounted to just days. The whole process was carried out with professionalism, attention to detail and great sensitivity regarding the fact that this was a process I should originally have been going through with my late (unexpectedly and prematurely departed) partner. From ensuring my indoor-only cat didn’t get out - by administering ‘treats’ - to being willing to make certain that completion took place in good time before the anniversary of my bereavement, they bent over backwards for me from start to finish.
