We had an offer on the property quickly and communication between all parties through Acorn was quick and efficient. They provided good advice on how to market the property which ultimately led us to getting a price for the flat that we were happy with despite it being a though time to sell. I've had a fantastic experience working with Acorn (Kennington) during my first property purchase. After my first meeting with Sophie, she took the time to get a good understanding of the type of property I was looking for. The next property she highlighted was one that was about to come on the market and thankfully this was the one that I ended up purchasing (after about 1.5 years of searching!) The purchase process was quite stressful at times because of issues faced by my sellers during their purchase. However, Sophie (as well as Adam) really supported me through this and maintained excellent communication between all stakeholders over the last few months. I really can't thank them enough! They really helped in ensuring that timelines and everyones needs were met. I would be more than happy to work with Acorn (Kennington) in the future and will be highly recommending them to my new neighbours!

Professional, efficient and friendly service from all the staff I had contacts with. Davide took the time to explain everything on my first visit at the Acorn office in Kennington and also answered all my questions when he visited and took amazing pictures of my flat. Damian dealt efficiently with the viewings and keep it me informed all the time about offers and how things were progressing. I did not meet Lorrell in person but she replied to emails in seconds and explained every requirements and was always available over the phone. They were all brilliant and made my first experience letting out my flat stress free. Acorn definitely have got the right people to provide an excellent service and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

I had the absolue pleasure to work with Godefroy to hunt for my first flat to buy. Godefroy is the only stage agent I worked with that I felt not only really understood what I was looking for but also took my criteria into accounts before booking me in for visits. Very professional and knowledgeable of the market, he helped me navigate through the flat hunting process.
