Maria knew exactly what type of property I was looking for and let me know as soon as a suitable house came on the market. She worked really hard on my behalf and was able to secure a deal that was mutually fair to both me and the vendors. In the challenging world of the housing market that is no mean achievement! I recently completed the purchase of a flat through the Palmers Green office of Anthony Pepe and i have to say they were a delight to deal with. Mina, our agent was personable, efficient and professional throughout. He ensured we were up to date and handled the bumps along the way well with continued correspondence with both sets of solicitors. Despite the other party not being particularly forthcoming, Mina persevered and maintained our best interests without compromising his clients.
