Mina has always showed an understanding of the emotional side of buying a new home as well as being able to offer sound and professional advise. Mina is extremely personable, always friendly and I know that he worked really hard to manage a process which wasn't always easy as I was part of a long chain. I recently completed the purchase of a flat through the Palmers Green office of Anthony Pepe and i have to say they were a delight to deal with. Mina, our agent was personable, efficient and professional throughout.
He ensured we were up to date and handled the bumps along the way well with continued correspondence with both sets of solicitors. Despite the other party not being particularly forthcoming, Mina persevered and maintained our best interests without compromising his clients.
As an agent myself i doubt i was very easy to please but the guys at the office we very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
No reservations in recommending Anthony Pepe as Agents, be it as a buyer or seller.

Spoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents on Green lanes, looking for a two bed at 375,000 was met with a fairly arrogant response by the representative who told me they'd just sold a one bed for 415,000 attempting to give me the impression that I wouldn't stand a chance, that they'd already hit 14 sales this month, Gave me the impression that my custom was neither here nor there. I've asked for details to be removed, because they might have hit 14 sales but they're surrounded by competition and have rang me several times so not to proud to call when they're desperate to offload but happy to show off when they seem to be doing alright. Thanks but no thanks
