I contacted Anthony Pepe for the letting of my property. Instantly I was impressed. Catherine and her team did an excellent job of valuing and marketing the property. She was able to get me a price which I thought was out of reach and extremely quickly too. Within a week she had already found a range of tenants. The best part of the service is how quickly the team respond to any queries and nothing is too much for them.
Overall I am delighted with the service they continue to provide and happy to recommend them to anyone considering letting out their property.

I am new to letting and after meeting several estate agents in the area, I went with Anthony Pepe to let and fully manage my property on my behalf. I was very impressed with the quality of the staff who I had met with in our initial discussions. I am so glad I chose them, they have been absolutely fantastic. Staff have answered my endless queries and have maintained an open and honest dialogue when I have raised any concerns. They found me a tenant a few hours after we commenced our first viewings, which is further testament to their excellent customer service and providing appropriate solutions for both the tenants and landlords they deal with. They have been very efficient in referencing my tenant and arranging contracts. Anthony Pepe truly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend them.
