We have been trying to sell for nearly a year with other agents with very little viewings. We changed to Anthony Pepe in Palmers Green after meeting with Kris. Was very positive that Anthony Pepe could sell our flat and gave us great advice. Within the first week of going live we had more viewings than all the other agents had arranged in the past year. Then a week later COVID hit and everything stopped, however as soon as there was a chance of viewings Kris and Maria were sending in viewings and within a couple of weeks we had an offer. I cannot fault the professionalism, attitude and attention to detail along with the communication from the whole team at the Palmers Green Branch. I used Anthony Pepe to buy a small studio in London and the estate agent was Maria Zorlakkis. As is usual in every conveyance, there were a number of unforeseen glitches and problems with the solicitors involved. Originally intended to go through within a few weeks maximum, it stretched out to over six months. There were numerous occasions when Maria was able to get aspects of the conveyance moving more quickly than they were. She also realised that the problems we were having with my lawyer needed to be escalated to his management before I did. Her e-mails meant that he was changed. I suspect that, without her involvement, the sale may well have fallen through. She was very good at following up on whether the parties had actually done what they said they were going to do. Again, this probably saved countless days off the conveyance. I found her very calm and professional with me, courteous and knowledgeable. That said, she doesn't shy away from being very direct when need be. As I noted earlier, we had significant problems with my lawyer, and when things really came to a head she sent an e-mail stating "This is the most shocking experience I have had with a conveyancer ever." And, to be fair, this did need to be said. And she was right, when management reviewed the file, he was immediately removed. I was very happy with the service and think you'll be in safe hands.

We bought our house in Highbury through Anthony Pepe specifically dealing Tim who we found to be incredibly dedicated to the sale. While he wasn’t acting on our behalf, he went out of his way to ensure that the sale went through. He was always available to us when we had queries and played a very strong part in the negotiations and in helping the parties come to an agreed deal. To our surprise, even after the exchange of contracts, Tim helped the sellers achieve vacant possession I wouldn’t hesitate to say that he is definitely the best estate agent, we have encountered! it is a shame i cant put -10!never ever i dealt with an agent who simply refused to show me requested properties. i called first time 3 weeks ago 3 times on friday to the office to book a viewing for saturday, nobody was available in sales and i have left 3 messages with my name, number and email address as well as we what i wanted to view.silence. i called 4th time and managed to speak to Mina, who didnt take any of my details so i asked for his, send him an email with timing for saturday and was waiting. silence.nothing on friday, saturday, monday...i am calling again on tuesday. nobody available from sales but they will call me back. received a call (only one call in 3 weeks time) that Mina apparently got my email just never responded back as he never hear back from the vendor and not sure when can book me in, but he will call me back.than whole week nothing. my partner is calling to book a viewing - the same story, spoken to Mina who never called back to book him either. calling again this monday (3 weeks after), spoken to Nick who said that the house i wanted to view is not longer available as vendor has change his mind to sell - the house is still on the market ! but Nick said he could book me in for another house i wanted to see for this wednesday at 4pm and will send me a confirmation after we finish a call. never received one, no one called me to reconfirm or to show the house today as been agreed. any reason why you going to work guys?is it not part of your job to call and book people in for viewings and actually sell the properties?

Irresponsible customer service

I was going to rent a property through them and had arranged 2 viewings but their agent Daryl didn't show up on both occasions. The guy has absolutely no sense of punctuality whatsoever. He'll say he'll meet you at the property but instead he'll be sitting in his office waiting for your call to pick him up. His manager Kris White was no help either as he simply ignored Daryl's lies when I complained. Do not expect any responsibility or respectful customer service from these two. Avoid them at all cost.

We bought through the Palmers Green branch and were really impressed with teams treatment of us and their professionally. We dealt with Maria and Mina who were both excellent and we can highly recommend. It was quite a problematic move following our buyers dropping out initially and needing to find another to keep the chain together but I felt confident that Maria would hold everything together on the buying side of things, she also however played a key role liaising with the Haringay office on our sale. I have enjoyed a fantastic service from Anthony Pepe. I have now utilised their rental services for coming up to 3 years and over that period my home has been constantly let. Rent has been paid on time direct into my account and I am sent periodic reports regarding the condition of my property. Staff are always courteous and provide an extremely personal service, examples are when the property is need of repair they contact me by phone and let me have a range of options, costs are always competitive (and not loaded) and I am always consulted through the entire process so no surprises. In summary, they are a professional outfit who are extremely community focused and provide a good personal service and make me feel like a valid customer.

We've been so impressed by the whole team at Anthony Pepe - and Maria has been really brilliant to deal with for our house viewings. She organised our open day and has been really flexible about any extra viewings. We've only been on the market for a few weeks but we now have our dream house and dream buyer!
